Process was fairly smooth. The guy in reception was fairly informative it just took longer than I expected to sign up. Initial reservation, then registration then back in the office again to provide my ID.
I made the booking online. The website is easy to use and very clear. I then needed to make some change. Contacted your Whatsapp, Fiona assisted me. It went very well. At the storage itself, Ayub the receptionist was very helpful and talk me through everything I needed to know
My ayyub is very friendly and hes very polite. He showed me around and explained to me the how yellow storage works. Made sure misunderstood everthing. So overall it was quick and easu. Thank you
