Ayoub was very friendly, patient and explained everything we asked him. One of the best customer experiences I have received so far.

The employee who helped me in reception, I believe his name was Mr Khan, was very helpful and clear explaining how the storage place works. As I had never used a storage space service before, he also made me at easy by keeping a polite conversation with me.

I initially spoke to Maxine Lloyd to enquire about a storage space. She handled my enquires with great understanding and patience. On the day of the move the paperwork was handled by Ayub Khan who again I found to be a very competent and understanding.

Ayub was keen to assist me in my circumstances and was helpful regarding insurance and storage space.
