All very easy to deal with. Friendly people in atore and in main switchboard.

Quite good actually, the company gave a good advice on room dimension (did not try to gove me a too big room) which I appreciated. All the info was sent, not too many info, all was good. The booking process was good as well, and at Armadillo everything was concise and efficient.

Phoned to make the booking and the staff member was very helpful and everything felt very easy. Very pleased.

Very easy and hassle free

I found the experience of moving items to your storage facility very easy. Your staff was helpful and supplied all the information needed to understand how your facility worked. The only thing I would suggest is that the receipt issued is more detailed.

Prior to walking into Armadillo's offices, I had already done some online enquiries with various other storage companies who border line "harrassed" me after enquiries on their websites. But from the moment I entered your offices, I felt like I had already made the right decision. Your receptionist (I'm sorry, I forget her name) was efficient and helpful and because she is required to ask the necessary questions in order to offer me a package to suite my specific needs, she was not pushy or invasive in any way or form. Because I am a live-in carer who is taking care of a stroke survivor in the South West of Devon, I was very much detached from the entire process, yet Brian was super efficient in handling everything for me including the removals and packing of the storage unit for me. I was kept up to speed with each step of the way and I am so grateful to your staff for going out of their way to assist me in every way possible. I would have been completely stranded or would have been forced to take some unneccessary time off work to do it all myself if it wasn't for your helpful staff. So I am sending a thousand sincere thank you's!!!
