I was MOST fortunate to meet your Brian Cocker. He was polite, charming, personable, and made the whole experience as easy as it could be. I had not used a self-storage unit before so I was a little hesitant, but I need not have worried, thanks to Brian. Both my partner and I were impressed with Brian.

Excellent follow up phone call after asking for a quote, online. On the day , van broke down but staff were amazing and even offered to stay beyond their shift time. Thank you so much. Brian and Kim superstars. Professional Friendly security - too. Checking when someone else set off an alarm off. Very Reassuring.
Our first phone query was with Brian who called us quickly after we had made a web initial enquiry. We also checked a few other storage places, all similar prices but a bit pushy & wanting to send contracts. Whereas Brian was professional & invited us over. We found Armadillo bright & fresh with fantastic immediate welcoming service from Kim when we popped in Who showed us a unit & everything explained to us so we signed up for 6 months at least. I needed. To extend to a bigger unit & Steve immediately allocated a larger unit & new price . We then ended up with a tricky removal very late & Brian gave us the code to go in after 6pm. It was so straight forward trolleys & a lift & we found it easy to move a full house of stuff into the unit . Made a long day very satisfying . A very customer orientated team & a pleasure. Apart from one phone call all of my contact with Armadillo Exeter has been with the manager Stephen Patrick. I am a very senior Senior Citizen and he was extremely helpful with my initial enquiries, the decision making process and with the ultimate documentation and moving into a suitable storage unit for my needs. I cannot commend him too highly.
Kim was friendly, efficient and helpfull. Excellent overall, would very happily recommend to other people.
