The team in Exeter were absolutely fantastic. Gave me so much time and attention..felt as though I was their only customer! Dealt with both Kim and Brian. They were both super helpful and professional. Initial query..lady (not in Exeter, but a head office?) gave me incorrect advice so we went and bought a lock for the unit but were later advised by the Exeter team better not to do this and can pay for lock with them over the phone. Overall excellent though. This is my only tiny niggle.
