Initially a lot of figures were mentioned and it was a lot to take in. I was given a basic figure and advised that an email was being sent and I could look at the amounts at home. Kim was very helpful and took me to a unit that she thought would suit my needs. She was also understanding when things didn't go as we expected on moving day and helped to ease the process.

All along from my initial enquiry, through to finally taking the storage space, I found a helpful, informed staff ready to answer all my questions. They helped me visualise how my items could occupy the space efficiently. They also seemed to go out of their way to ensure I would be able to gain storage when I needed it. My two main contacts were Victoria and Steve at the Exeter depot.
Great staff, helped on everything explained all the safety rules, fire exits where all the equipment was to help us move in and also explained about the new security features being updated.
