Very helpful as it was my first time... I chatted about 6 weeks before and was followed up and a provional reservation made, so I got a better room

I walked in with an emergency situation. I couldn't believe the calm, the understanding and professional I received. Absolutely excellent customer service. Fardin Ahmed the representative was so patient with us. The manager gave my energetic 3yr old crayons and a coloring sheer. They were so nice to us. Fardin was thorough, explained everything in detail gave us a walk through and we left the place with such relief. Fardin exceeded all my expectations with no hidden fees, or any red tape. He was excellent. The best service I have ever received in a panicking state. I a grateful for the two of them helping us and sorting us out!

I have never used self storage before so I can't compare it to anything else but the store staff was really helpful!

Alex was very professional to ask all my questions while I had viewed different storage and he was so passionate to answer my questions. Very happy with his presentation. Also Fardin was so quick, wise and professional.

Fardeen was super helpful and efficient. Process was explained smoothly and quickly.

The email enquiry form was very intuitive and the website really helpful (the visual guides to room size were excellent). My initial enquiry was followed promptly by a telephone call (Gen from East Finchley) who was really friendly, really helpful and very knowledgeable.
