I arrived feeling quite stressed and tired after moving things from my home into storage, until I sat down with Fardin. He calmly introduced me to Big Yellow storage (Finchley east) and talked me through everything I needed to know. He made sure I understood everything and walked me all the way to my unit. I also greatly appreciated the follow up phonecall a few days later to check in that everything went well. Thank you Fardin!
