From start to finish it was really seamless and no stress or pressure. After a busy day moving a house into storage, the team were aware of that when I arrived and just made it calm and easy.

Genevieve took the time to understand my needs, communicated with her manager and then rang me back with recommendations.

I asked for a quote online and was contacted soon after by an employee to discuss my necessities. Everyone was gentle and provided useful and thorough information. Lanzi and Fardin at the Finchley Est store were great!
