My initial enquiry was very helpful and encouraged me to continue the process of renting a space. I found the conversation friendly and informative. My move into the storage space was supportive at every stage and the procedures needed to follow explained clearly. The assistance I was given was greatly appreciated.

After I went through the website and asked for a deal, the next day I got a phonecall from customer service. The lady was very very helpful for me just as the customer service team when I had to change the moving date and I had other questions. They gave me every information I needed.

The staff from answering the initial phone request about storage to settling us in on the removal day has been handled professionally and with friendliness. Great service so far.
