Super nice and helpful staff

Initial enquiry extremely well handled. Extremely easy to understand the process and to move into the storage space.

I tried to register online but I was not sure about the size of the storage space. So I went there to see. The lady gave me a tour of the place and showed me the actual space so I could get the good idea of the space. It was all smooth and easy.

I was well looked after by Fardin and Gen. When I cut myself during the move I was attended to admirably by Fardin(twice) Thank you

All was well and very clear. only part I did not like, is that the insurance was added to my bill without asking me about it beforehand. Other than that, the person handling my first time there was excellent.

Excellent service, friendly, professional staff. The recommended removal men were brilliant and efficient. The whole experience took so much of the stress away from me. What more can I say?!

Lanzi's helpful and friendly approach made a big difference on what was otherwise a very stressful day of packing and moving. I was very happy with the room in East Finchley Lanzi found for me and he explained everything very clearly to me. A BIG thank you to Lanzi and Jo-Anne who were both at the desk on the day I moved in - I really appreciate your help and you made what is usually a stressful experience actually quite enjoyable! I have already recommended the store to some of my friends.
