Very happy with the service! A gentleman by the name Lansy assisted me over the phone when I contacted ‘Big yellow’ from Barcelona. He explained everything very well and he was very helpful. Once at ‘Big yellow’ I was assisted by a very nice lady by the name Genevieve. She explained everything very well and was very professional.

The booking process was quick and convenient.

All went very smoothly. I was a little surprised that you charged the full amount for the 8 weeks in advance. Everything had been priced at a weekly rate and I noticed nothing that suggested the full amount would be taken up front.
