The whole process of moving my stuff into my storage space was very easy from the initial enquiry up to the actually move. The service was great, especially at the storage where I was helped by Fardin and Lanzi who were both really nice and helpful!

Was easy to understand and very helpful in terms of what size storage I needed etc.

All very good...however the upfront 2 months payment with insurance etc cost and lock cost is less clear......this is the but that is never listed out in full until you are already at the door ?

Fardin was super friendly and helpful; he explained everything and answered all my questions patiently. He also helped me to allocate all my heavy luggage in the storeroom.

Lanzi, who showed me to the storage space and handled all the processing, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He explained clearly how everything works and guided me through the contract in an informative way, without simply reading the terms to me.
