From initial contact with you when Lucy handled my enquiry to when we arrived to the storage depot and were met by Tina I have been impressed with the professional and efficient service we have received. In addition, Lucy and Tina were both so warm and friendly, especially Lucy as I was quite upset on the phone I was also pleasantly surprised at he costs, ease of access, organisation and cleanliness of the building.
