Nice and easy experience

Zoltan, who looked after my booking, was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. The facilities themselves are very clean and modern and the whole process was efficient and easy.

The female manager who handled our introduction to the East Finchley Big Yellow was outstandingly courteous, efficient, helpful, and informative. Also of course the facilities were good.

Tiina managed everything, her communication was wonderfully clear and straightforward. No waffling . Wonderful, she has great interpersonal skills, hope you value her. Also another member of staff was came into the loading area when I was loading up to put things into storage in the afternoon and she checked that I was happy with things, again very courteous and pleasant. His interaction was warm, positive and amiable and I would highly recommend Big Yellow based on the service received. Details: 3 month rental of a 300sq ft storage for interim period between moving houses.

Building access is well designed, easy to unload, good security, easy parking. All staff I have either spoken to on the phone or in the office have been the most professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
