The ability to book everything online was extremely helpful as I was very busy trying to sort everything ahead of my move. The check-in and inventory options online were also very useful and meant I could save a lot of time ahead of my move day. Zoltan at the East Finchley branch was very polite, helpful and chatty and made the whole experience very easy and straight forward. He ran through all of the important details and made everything very easy to understand.

I was putting the contents of my flat in storage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is very well-organised and clean and a reasonable price.

Zoltan was great and really helpful when it came to making sure I got a room that suited my needs and requirements. He showed me a few different options to make sure I was happy with the one I ended up choosing chose.
