The female manager who handled our introduction to the East Finchley Big Yellow was outstandingly courteous, efficient, helpful, and informative. Also of course the facilities were good.
Tiina managed everything, her communication was wonderfully clear and straightforward. No waffling . Wonderful, she has great interpersonal skills, hope you value her. Also another member of staff was came into the loading area when I was loading up to put things into storage in the afternoon and she checked that I was happy with things, again very courteous and pleasant. Building access is well designed, easy to unload, good security, easy parking. All staff I have either spoken to on the phone or in the office have been the most professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
The ability to book everything online was extremely helpful as I was very busy trying to sort everything ahead of my move. The check-in and inventory options online were also very useful and meant I could save a lot of time ahead of my move day. Zoltan at the East Finchley branch was very polite, helpful and chatty and made the whole experience very easy and straight forward.
