The personal touch, good efficient service

Good customer service. Facility is clean and secure. Reception is clean with welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were polite, helpful and courteous.

It was efficient, flexible and exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Sean, in particular, was helpful and a character to deal with.

Easy to book online, could get space next day. When got there talked through and given options. Room was ideal. Large lift and trollies so getting stuff to room was straightforward.
