I was looked after by the staff expertly. Tina Miles gives great customer service. The account opening and storage reservation process was very simple.

Tina took time to show me around. made sure I understood the process, understood my requirements and offered me options. At no time did I feel pressured.

A seamless and simple process from start to finish. It could not be easier.

It would have been higher but there was a small issue that caused a delay with the check in. It should have been made clearer to me what the requirements were from BY ref what insurance detail to provide when covered under a personal policy as opposed to BY policy.

Good customer service. Facility is clean and secure. Reception is clean with welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were polite, helpful and courteous.

It was efficient, flexible and exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Sean, in particular, was helpful and a character to deal with.
