Overall I was satisfied but there is only one little thing. I was given the price for the storage but the person on the phone forgot to mention that I have to pay 8 weeks upront plus insurance. Also the Staff at the store also didn't mention this tiny little fact just after I loaded everything into the room. What if I had no money on my account? So it would be really nice if you guys could mention this upfront.

Excellent customer service. Our check in was so easy, efficient and clearly explained. My only complaint is that it's not open longer hours. However, I would recommend this storage facility above any other I have ever used.

I experienced exemplary service from Heather who was very helpful throughout the check in and moving process. Heather made, what could have been a bit of a stressful experience, a very smooth and carefree one.

Arrived at the Finchley East store to be greeted by a staff that really seemed to enjoy being there and that liked their jobs. Heather was charming and explained everything with a real passion in a clear polite succinct way.I wasn't sure of the size of the lock up that I required and I was shown various units. Spotlessly clean, great security and a brilliant business model if ever I saw one. Well done.

My problem was moving from my old flat to a new one with a moving out date 4 days earlier than the moving in date. So, Big Yellow Storage did the trick. The most painful and time wasting task is to complete the registration forms, however, you can do the first part online and on site, the second part is quite quick with efficient staff. So, finally, really easy to get the keys and to learn the security basics. A moving company used all the big trolleys but they finally released one to us, there is a nice atmosphere, I don't know if it's the colour, maybe? Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely use it in the future if needed...

Storage facilities - very good. Service from telephone and instore staff - excellent. Being just down the road from my house - priceless!

I signed up for storage last month. It is the first time I have ever used such a facility. I think your service is great and the staff are always helpful. I will definitely recommend it to others who need storage. Alan

I have found the staff to be helpful and efficient and the place is always nice and clean and there are plenty of trolleys available.

Everything was good. The only room for improvement is the deposit policy. I think there should be a short-term stay policy which does not require so large a deposit.

I rented a "box", "room" from BYSS in the East Finchley branch and the young lady on the desk couldn't have been more helpful. She set out all the options, discussed what I had to store, showed be me relevant spaces, got me the best price possible and was so helpful the whole process didn't seem to take any time at all. The systems are easy to use (once explained) and I would definitely use BYSS again
