Arranging and maintaining storage is straight forward, the staff always very helpful and found it sufficiently secure. Only real annoyance is having to pay for out of hours access for longer than one needs it for when someone only needs it for the odd occasions. Would be better if billing could be completely electronic too.
I am happy to say that I have had nothing but good service from Big Yellow in East Finchley. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to sort out and I have renewed twice without any problems, and with a good discount to reflect the six monthly up front payment.
Unlike other storage companies that I looked into Big Yellow only charge you for the days you use regardless of whether you've had a discount or not. They could not be beaten on price in the area and refunded all my unused days as promised without any hassle. The service was professional and I felt as though my things were very secure there. Also the unit was very easy to access and facilities for transferring your items in and out were very good
I have had previous storage but none so secure and clean as Big Yellow. The units are a little closely put together making it a bit awkward with trolley manouvering but on the whole the Big Yellow is very good.
Using the BYS at Finchley is a godsend. Great location, easy access, convenient and feels safe. Made my life less cluttered. Keep up the good work.
the experience since moving in late 2009 has been excellent and the facility has lived up to all our expectations. Parking is never an issue and entry is simple. the storage has amde a huge difference to the time I previously spent sorting out kit and equipment almost daily.
I had never used a self-store facility before and was very pleased to be looked after in a profesional , helpful way.
Really quick registration, helpful staff, safe, practical storage, excellent support and equipment. I'd def. choose them again.
Simple, convenient and easy access, clean and safe - but at a price. It really adds up over the years!
