When I asked to be moved to a nearer yellow storage.... It was done efficiently no questions asked , the young lady who assisted me was pleasant , and very obliging !
So far, great service, easy to use, clean and convenient.
Amazingly efficient
Very good.
Big yellow East Finchley was at least 50% cheaper than other storage places. A little further out, but really easy to get to. Helpful and efficient service.
I have just rented 100 sq ft during a house move from Yorkshire. Everything was great, except, with just a little more thought it would have been a good idea to grant a one time access code giving time to unload a removal van where the last load was refused access to my lock-up at EXACTLY 6 p.m. After a telephone call and a wait, the security staff eventually arranged an emergency access code (well done) but this would be a good marketing tool. First day ONLY extended access codes.
Perfect storage and accessibility proved easier than I anticipated Great idea!
I was very impressed with the facility for storage, the ease of access and the friendly, patient (possibly long-suffering?) member of staff who dealt with me. I would most certainly recommend Big Yellow to anyone needing storage in the future.
Decided to have a clear out prior to moving homes, managed to arrange same day storage @ East Finchley. Completed registration online to speed things through on move in. Friendly staff and a really good setup overall. Nice and easy to use and just around the corner from us.
I was nothing but impressed at the speed and adaptability of the staff to accommodate my needs. Big thumbs up!
