very good customer service, was able to set up my storage at very short notice on a Sunday. It was easy to set up and i had moved all my things within 3 hours.

I have now used Big Yellow Storage twice and I have always found them helpful and quick at booking me in. Once the space is up and running it's easy to access, always clean and tidy. Makes storage a doddle - I recommend them.

For a weeks' storage when the moving in and out dates didn't match, this was perfect and local! Well recommended.

I was going to be out of the country for six months and so put lots of my stuff in big yellow and immediately felt happier. It was easy and seemed secure (though I haven't been back to check on my stuff yet!!). It feels quite expensive to store things but Big Yellow is cheaper than other firms. Big Yellow is quite a fun place so don't be put off taking your kids along if they're part of the move - they will probably like the bizarre homogenous corridors and wheely carts. I needed to upgrade my storage room on the spot and that was easy too. It's no frills no surprises very British atmosphere - like if Sainsburys Homebase was a hotel.

The standard of service from staff was excellent the storage facilities are very clean. But the best part is the entry and exit system, stright forward and very simple to understand and use

Arranging and maintaining storage is straight forward, the staff always very helpful and found it sufficiently secure. Only real annoyance is having to pay for out of hours access for longer than one needs it for when someone only needs it for the odd occasions. Would be better if billing could be completely electronic too.

I am happy to say that I have had nothing but good service from Big Yellow in East Finchley. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to sort out and I have renewed twice without any problems, and with a good discount to reflect the six monthly up front payment.

Unlike other storage companies that I looked into Big Yellow only charge you for the days you use regardless of whether you've had a discount or not. They could not be beaten on price in the area and refunded all my unused days as promised without any hassle. The service was professional and I felt as though my things were very secure there. Also the unit was very easy to access and facilities for transferring your items in and out were very good

I have had previous storage but none so secure and clean as Big Yellow. The units are a little closely put together making it a bit awkward with trolley manouvering but on the whole the Big Yellow is very good.
