Abdul was patient and relaxed and explained every aspect of moving from one room to another in terms of keys, codes, contracts, refunds, costs, notice periods etc.. He was very patient with my reaction to all the technical requirements which I think are over the top in society and drive me mental. He found a smaller room on the same floor so it was easy for me to move my stuff. We had a good chat about life, the universe and everything and he gave me a discount on the room as well. He looked after other clients at the same time and was caring and kind with everyone.

Easy check in process and helpful staff

Second time using this facility-the first time went so well, so when I had the need for storage, this was my first choice. Excellent communication, and really lovely staff. Ashley and Abdul deserve a particular honorary mention. Convenient location, easy access, well stocked with supplies you may need.

This is my first experience of using a self storage. The full process was fully explained by Ashley and Abdul, putting me at ease by answering all my doubts. Abdul was particularly very helpful when I went to the Finchley North Store with my items for storing. Hopefully this good experience will continue until the end of rental period.
