This is my first experience of using a self storage. The full process was fully explained by Ashley and Abdul, putting me at ease by answering all my doubts. Abdul was particularly very helpful when I went to the Finchley North Store with my items for storing. Hopefully this good experience will continue until the end of rental period.

Customer relations are good and the staff is helpful doing reservations and completing all procedures. I was informed very well about the terms and conditions. They also provided satisfactory answers to all my questions
