Like I said it before the manager was 5 star.

Online and onsite staff very easy to deal with. No hard sale, all financial issues explained in a clear and concise manner.

Everything was handled perfectly and all my questions/concerns were answered. The prices were so much better than at Safestore and your staff are much more friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

If I could have booked som help in advance, or a directory of helpers would be nice if you need assistance for moving heavy items.

Couldn't fault it. Took a lot of the stress out of the situation.
