I have never used a storage space before. the staff are friendly, helpful and well informed. security is excellent without being difficult to operate, facility is good - helped by using the on site removal company who were also incredibly helpful.
Very easy to use, reception staff was very helpful, knowlegeable and professional, smooth and easy check-in. Extra services/products were offered but no pressure to buy any. The storage is easy to access, clean, corridors and lifts are spacious and well lit.
I have no complaints about Big Yellow at Finchley North. The whole storage process was easy and smooth and the staff keen and knowledgeable. Recommended.

We have had problems with some of the other commercial users who keep hold of all the large trolleys and don't move their stuff off them. Upon making a complaint to the staff one trolley was made available but the people tried to harrass me and started to take my stuff off the trolley when I was loading it into my area so they could take it back. You need more large trolleys with sides.
Good service from the staff and very simple process to register etc. Can't help but feel it's a bit expensive for what it is but there's not a lot of choice out there so no other option really.
I found Ben @ Finchley North was very helpful. He explained everything carefully and made my move to storage very easy. Surprised at how easy it all was.
