Pricing could be better

Vik was very good at explaining the T's and C's and his customer service was excellent.

Everything went well. The only thing I suggest is to show upfront the cost and need for hiring insurance to avoid the surprise at the end. Mainly when you do a good job giving 8 weeks half price, but later take it back charging insurance which was not presented at the begining of the offer.

Ana was so helpful from emails ahead of check in and on the day. I had been in before to organise check in and it was a really off putting experience so Ana made an enormous difference

He also provided a clear breakdown of the pricing for each room size and explained how the costs would change depending on how long I planned to rent the space. His detailed approach helped me feel confident that I was selecting the right storage room for my belongings. Overall, Vikas’s assistance made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
