Big shoutout to Megan and Jack, who have been absolute stars today! My move has been an absolute nightmare, leaving me with tonnes of boxes and furniture basically in the middle of a street. Not only they have been great professionals, but, when they saw my distress, they have also shown a human side which nowadays is often forgotten in customer service roles. They have helped me find the best solution for my problem and accommodate my needs and timings as best as they could, being patient and also allowing me to calm down. I cannot thank them enough and praise them for showing professionalism and knowledge while being decent humans! Thank you guys!

Excellent storage facility. They offered some great additional services (at a nominal cost) that turned out to be invaluable to me, such as late opening and receiving parcels. Their large loading area also meant that I could organise for a delivery company to load all of my things to transport internationally. The staff there were always friendly and willing to help when required - I lost my keys and after an ID check, they broke the lock for me.

Megan was super helpful and warm. The check in process was seamless and the staff was very accommodating in trying to help us figure out what size of storage we needed. Storage area was very clean, well lit and well aired. Rates were competitive to other storages in the area.

Vikas has been an outstanding employee. He has helped myself and my mum thoroughly. Top notch customer service, Yellow box is lucky to have him! 5/5
