Customer service and clean spaces

Explained the process thoroughly, were helpful in locating trolleys, assisted with moving trolleys to storage room, looked after personal possessions while unloading from the van.

Intro with your staff

The staff are wonderful especially Shane and Purie. They helped me a lot with everything I needed. It’s very easy to access your storage. In addition, everything you need to store your stuff is provided to you with reasonable prices.

The person I talked to over the phone and organised my contract was Scott Hierons. He was affable, efficient and helpful. I was taking over a storage space organised by someone else so I and my siblings received the rate paid on the space since the beginning. A real plus also.

Shane explained everything, simply and with professionlism.???? Nicky was meticulous and methodical .???? Your website goes a bit "squiffy" with mobiles however, not the ehole page can be viewed in portrait mode

Nicky was a great help and explained all of the storage workings in great detail. Setting up my account with Nicky was quick and easy and I would highly recommend her services over and over!
