My initial enquiry and booking was handled in a professional, quick and incredible helpful manner by a young lady called Purie. Immediately after, I knew I made the right choice.

Handled with ease and clarity. The process was simple from the description of the types of rooms to the completion of the contract. We were very pleased with everything.

It was an outstanding service that I received at the Fulham branch on Saturday 27 July. Everything from start to finish was handled well. The only improvement advice would be that the insurance agreement took a while too long in store given that there was plenty of notice.
