Excellent communication and service

PAULA, PATRICK AND PURIE AT FULHAM STORE WERE ALL VERY HELPFUL. Pure is the lady who helped me with singing up and getting into storage - She was kind and accommodating and very clear about how everything works.

Cant find fault - explained what we needed and after some questions a unit was suggested. I visited the site and changed the unit to make it easier to access and again this was done without any drama.

I can't rate the service highly enough. Staff were super helpful and professional

I've had a very positive experience with Big Yellow from my first enquiry through to the moving in day. As a non profit organisation and having recently set up a community kitchen within close proximity to the Fulham Branch - I contacted Big Yellow on social media to explain to project along with the need for extra storage space to safely store donations. Within 24 hours, my message was passed on to the store and someone was in touch to see how they could help assist me and my organisation in our philanthropic endeavours. The team were very supportive and accommodating to my needs and I recieved fantastic service throughout the process with staff going above and beyond to assist how and where they could.
