All personel with whom I dealt during the process were very helpful and informative. Your facility is clean and has easier access than others I had visited, i.e.: the reception and the corridors in which the 'rooms' are located. I did not ask but assume the mouse traps are a precautionary measure which I applaud.

BY is local to me; Lydia was friendly and efficient, and spelled everything out. The unit was available; BY recommended carriers (who turned up earlier than expected, which was just OK); all in all it was a no-fuss, no-frills experience. Who needs frills when it comes to storage? This is a thoroughly sensible company.

Service was quick, efficient and professional . I was made feel welcomed and mentioned I was in a rush, the process took no longer than 15 minutes.

Easy access. Quick and light paper work

I think the compulsary insurance is simply an additional revenue stream. Should have the option to store without insurance having signed to indicate understanding the consequences.
