Very friendly, helpful and thorough

The reason is that your stores are immaculate, so clean and fresh and with good air inside. I must also say that everyone working at the Big Yellow self storage, Fulham are extremely nice, very friendly and helpful. The square size I got (T135) was perfect and very easy to use.

It was easy and people very kind and clear to me, perfect experience. Patrick in London Fuhlam is the best!

I was very impressed with the quality of customer service and the ease of setting up my account and moving into my storage locker.

The quote did not accurately reflect the overall cost in the end, I feel like the entire process was not clear until we after we had moved in all of our stuff.
