I was met by Eddie. He was extremely helpful, particularly as I had not previously used Big Yellow. He showed me the system, where to store my boxes of wine and helped me throughout the check-in process. Thank you very much Eddie.

Easy access. Quick and light paper work

I think the compulsary insurance is simply an additional revenue stream. Should have the option to store without insurance having signed to indicate understanding the consequences.
