We have been business users of Big Yellow Self Storage for nearly 10 years, previously at Cheltenham, now Gloucester and have always been completely satisfied with every aspect of the service offered. The staff at the Gloucester branch are a delight to work with - nothing is too much trouble for them to cope with! The only slight criticism we have is the lack of any inexpensive "Open Storage" area for occasional short term use.

Staff were friendly they had a laugh and i am not an easy costumer hahaaaa. The storage units are clean safe and dry, i exspected some kind of dampness on my goods as we stored them at big yellow for a good 14 months but it was all fab.

I found the staff at Gloucester Big yellow were great, they explained everything in terms I would understand! The facility itself was clean and bright, easy to use and perfect for my simple needs. I found it reassuring to know my wordly goods were in safe hands while I was inbetween house moves and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very handy to store all my belongings in between moves. As I was a little over zealous with my packing it was really good to be able to have access to everything and find what I needed! Thought the security was great as well.

I recently used the Gloucester branch of Big Yellow Storage, and cannot praise the staff there highly enough. They were always helpful and friendly. And after sales service was superb.

The customer service is outstanding.The staff are always polite, friendly and very helpful. The place is always clean and tidy. I love the fact there is music playing in the background. The toilet facilities are always clean.

We had great service, thanks to helpful and friendly staff. The whole area was really clean, which is great. It is in an area really easy to get to with lots of parking spaces. I would definately recommend this store to anyone. If I ever have a need for storage again, I'll use Big Yellow, without a doubt. Billy, the manager at Gloucester, was excellent.

I use Gloucester depot to store my items, it is a pleasure to go there. The staff are excelent (that come from the attitude at the top!) its clean dry, warm, and welcoming. The attitude displayed by the staff is rare in these days in that they want to help not just force stuff on you, which makes you buy more rather than fight them. Chris.
