All the way through the process we found that the staff could never do enough, it was very simple and very easy to use, my only negative would be the price however given the quality of the service and the ability to access so easily, i would say that it was worth the extra over the other competition
I used Big Yellow in 2007 when I moved home and needed interim storage. I was impressed by the efficient, competent and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Facility very easy to use. Felt confident re security. Clean environment. Location easy to access. Overall excellent all-round service and I will certainly use again if the need arises.
It was my second stay at a Big Yellow and once again a very easy enrollment process, very knowledgable and pleasant staff. I would have no hestitation and using BY again even it meant traveling to their nearest location.
The guys at Big Yellow Gloucester are always helpful and friendly either when calling me to tell me a delivery has come or just in passing across the car park.

We have been business users of Big Yellow Self Storage for nearly 10 years, previously at Cheltenham, now Gloucester and have always been completely satisfied with every aspect of the service offered. The staff at the Gloucester branch are a delight to work with - nothing is too much trouble for them to cope with! The only slight criticism we have is the lack of any inexpensive "Open Storage" area for occasional short term use.
Staff were friendly they had a laugh and i am not an easy costumer hahaaaa. The storage units are clean safe and dry, i exspected some kind of dampness on my goods as we stored them at big yellow for a good 14 months but it was all fab.
I found the staff at Gloucester Big yellow were great, they explained everything in terms I would understand! The facility itself was clean and bright, easy to use and perfect for my simple needs. I found it reassuring to know my wordly goods were in safe hands while I was inbetween house moves and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
The customer service is outstanding.The staff are always polite, friendly and very helpful. The place is always clean and tidy. I love the fact there is music playing in the background. The toilet facilities are always clean.
