staff very friendly, location good, variety of spaces, but if there hadnt been an offer on i would not have used you,,,booking in process very very very long

Not sure if I have the space size right. I must admit I was very impressed with the facility and how easy it was to register etc. When I rang up, the manager, Neil, was extremely helpful and when we checked in Charlotte was brilliant, very friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to your organisation - seriously.

The service was informative , very professional I really couldnt fault it. I found the person I dealt with extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend using this company.

Everything would be good if it wasent for the 30 - 45 mins spent filling out forms and talking though all the rules. There must be a much quicker way of doing this it takes so long

I found the staff very friendy and helpful, and everything was explained thoroughly. The store was very clean and bright and I felt it was a safe and secure place to store my goods. It was also convenient to where I live.

I think the biggest drawback is the amount of time registration requires other than that the service is efficient effective and does what it says on the tin.

Big Yellow Saved the Day! What to do with my furniture and household items while my new home was was being refurbished? I only called in for tape but was very impressed by the staff and their knowledge. They showed me around and advised me of size of storage room. All packed safely away until my new house is a home again!
