Set up was quick and easy.

I needed storage for my brother's house contents because he recently died in Nottingham. The storage process was fully explained and turned out to be cheaper than quoted because I needed to move from the ground floor to allow "out of hours" access if I needed it, which, due to an accident near Newark which delayed me, I needed.

The staff are super friendly and polite and professional in particular Fiona who showed me around and was super clear with all the details and rules. Even though the prices are not the cheapest the location and flexibility offered makes up for it, also the offer of the first 4 weeks half price and the insurance cover provided is a great benefit (saves finding my own cover and having to pay for a year)
