Support and assistance through the whole process was wonderful. Fiona was a star sorting us out. She checked if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble willing to help along the way.
How secure it all it with there being many doors and codes you have to go through to get into the building Staff are all welcoming too
