Very good.. They phoned me while I was still on the website. Not so much to chase the booking but to advise me the size unit I required was not available and was offered a larger unit which was intact cheaper..
As first time users I found the whole process of booking very easy. The staff were really helpful and explained how the system works. We were given all the information we needed in a polite, friendly manner. I feel happy to leave my possessions knowing that it is secure.
The team at Grimsby were so good helping me out, I had no idea how much space I needed and they talked me through the options. On the day of booking, they were kind and friendly and I felt that they gave me 110% to take care of my needs and help me, helping me set lock and everything which I would of struggled to do. Such a great experience, then the premises themselves are clean and tidy, everything on hand to get your stuff to the locker. Highly recommend you and your staff need recognition of how good they are, best customer service I have had in years.

All good apart from I didnt realise that only part of the store had extended access and when requested I found out where I was located this wasnt available so was disappointed thatb wasnt pointed out before I took the unit on.
