The team at Grimsby were so good helping me out, I had no idea how much space I needed and they talked me through the options. On the day of booking, they were kind and friendly and I felt that they gave me 110% to take care of my needs and help me, helping me set lock and everything which I would of struggled to do. Such a great experience, then the premises themselves are clean and tidy, everything on hand to get your stuff to the locker. Highly recommend you and your staff need recognition of how good they are, best customer service I have had in years.

All good apart from I didnt realise that only part of the store had extended access and when requested I found out where I was located this wasnt available so was disappointed thatb wasnt pointed out before I took the unit on.

Very friendly staff who respond quickly and knowledgeably to enquiries. BUT your pricing is very opaque. It is unpublished and not consumer friendly. I feel like you are hustling customers to get the highest price out of them or forcing them to hustle back (AKA haggle). I had to work very hard to get to the point where you went back to your original (time expired) competitive quote. I get you want to use dynamic pricing but it does make me very uneasy for it to be so obscure. I'm sure you can publish your prices dynamically - just like easyJet does! Online check-in is OK. I don't understand why insurance is compulsory and then why you initially charge so much compared to the insurance market (see my comments above about opaque pricing).
