My initial enquiry was handled in a professional and friendly manner and all my questions answered.

Staff really friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Everything was explained clearly and phone calls just to check all ok prior to moving in.

Fiona and Gary were very helpful , couldn’t do enough for us especially when my mum said she was a bit clostrophobic they went out of their way to find storage close to the lift which was nice and light . Great service , Very clean , value for money and very professional . Thank you .

Maxine from customer services went above and beyond to help me. Very professional and friendly. When arriving on site everything was easy with no fuss Gary did all the paperwork side of things for me. Again very helpful and professional

Very informative and Staff were very customer focussed

Booking in and getting signed up was easy and I was given a great price. A hiccup with the agreement of being able to stay later not being able to get hold of security and phone staff were less than friendly resulting in not being able to get in after already packing up cars. The gentleman who signed us up however was faultless and very very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to change the reservation to a bigger room which better met our needs

a good all round experience from booking through to moving our stuff in even with the building extension work going on and clear and professional explanation's on the paperwork and procedures.
