Everything from my original booking quote online to contacting the store by telephone and going in to the store to sign the agreement has been faultless.

Good friendly service, always with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble despite us changing the size of the room, bringing the date forward and adding extended hours access even after things had been set-up.

Alex & Ian at Big Yellow Self Storage Guildford Central were exceptional. Both of them are incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly seem to love what they do and deserve a pay rise or promotion! They both made everything so easy for us and clearly communicated every step. Nothing was left unclear. The price also seemed competitive too. Overall, an outstanding experience and service.

Easy to access, too many trolleys are available, storage rooms are clean and high enough, doors are double-wing and wider than my expectation, would suggest to anyone. Contact persons are so kind and helpful. Thanks to Ian and Alex.
