The whole initial quoting and booking experience made easy by Amy who was great and explained everything to me on the phone. Alex was also very helpful on the phone, calling prior to check my arrival etc. Then the check in experience with Ian who made it made it stress free and easy, explained how everything worked, found a slightly bigger unit for me on the day. Very personable and efficient. What a great team.
