The customer service at the Guildford branch is absolutely excellent. Ellie who works there is a delight - so kind and efficient! Any questions I had were answered instantly and she just knows how to make what could be a stressful move out of a house feel so calm and easy. Also the amount of information of the website is brilliant too!
