Easy to connect before the red tape Add ons
I found response to the initial enquiry rapid and easy to follow. It seemed very flexible. The initial booking process was also very manageable, again with good reactivity from your team. Getting to grips with the process of arranging for remote access, and completing documentation was a bit more frustrating but in the end ok.
Very useful to have a quick phone call having asked for a quote, very helpful and informative. Checking in online easy. Welcome on the day very friendly and efficient. All good.

Naz at Slyfield (Guildford) dealt wit my original enquiry. Very helpful, but she had no 125 sq ft units left when I got back, so she arranged for me to be contacted by colleagues (Dion & Kelly) at Guildford Central - both were extremely helpful and quotes were transferred.
