Layla contacted me several times to make the arrangements as simple and easy as possible. On arrival Kelly went through the process explaining each step. the whole process was straight forward and stress free.

During the stressful experience of a house move for my elderly parents during the pandemic, Layla and Dion at Big Yellow in Guildford made the whole process of arranging storage incredibly easy. They were efficient and helpful and came back immediately with answers to questions. I felt quite reassured that this stage of the move would be stress free and it was.

Kelly-Ann was just brilliant. She took one look at our things and immediately recommended a more suitable sized room. She couldn't do enough for us. A thoroughly easy experience. I would highly recommend Big Yellow. It really was so easy.
