Customer reviews for Guildford Central Self Storage

Great customer service to show the storage options and speak through the processes involved. Service is very convenient and simple to use.

The customer service at the Guildford branch is absolutely excellent. Ellie who works there is a delight - so kind and efficient! Any questions I had were answered instantly and she just knows how to make what could be a stressful move out of a house feel so calm and easy. Also the amount of information of the website is brilliant too!

Excellent customer service, great price, very good facility

The manager was extremely helpful is finding us the right size room and staying with us whilst the loading process was completed. He explained all your terms and conditions very thoroughly.

Dion and team very friendly! Very invested in finding the right solution for me which was lovely! Shout out to the other Guildford site for showing me some options and advising that the other site might be better for me. The ladies name began with ‘B’ I think.

Kind friendly staff and easy to do the paperwork
