Everything was handled in a very professional manner and I was very pleased with the customer service.

It went very well booking online and also paying in the reception which Kelly help me quickly and explained to me thoroughly about the documents, contract and alarms on my room!!

Kelly handled our booking in and paperwork. She was very professional and was keen for us to get the best deal by spending time with us and asking the right questions. We were very pleased with the service and her pleasant manner and keenness to make sure all our questions were answered. This was our first experience with the Yellow Box but it will not be our last. The customer experience is superb. From the website forms to the phone support and the reception. Everything is well explained and visualised both online and at the place.

Due to unforeseen circumstance I had to move out of my student house asap and needed a place to store my items. MY experience with Dione (and later Layla on checkout) was made very pleasant and and all in all made the whole day enjoyable despite moving out. He was very helpful on the process and went above and beyond in trying to get me the best deal to suit my needs. He completely understood my needs and most of all the urgency in the situation and helped make the process very quick. I would definitely recommend to other student and if moving in future rather than moving things home and then to the new house I will definitely use storage again.
