I recently used Big Yellow Storage and had an outstanding experience, thanks largely to the exceptional service provided by Keith. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. The entire moving-in process was smooth, well-organised, and stress-free – far easier than I anticipated. Keith went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly explained and that I had everything I needed to get settled in quickly. His professionalism, combined with a personable approach, made a real difference and left a lasting impression. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Yellow Storage, especially with team members like Keith delivering such a high standard of customer care.
