Keith went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly explained and that I had everything I needed to get settled in quickly. His professionalism, combined with a personable approach, made a real difference and left a lasting impression. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Yellow Storage, especially with team members like Keith delivering such a high standard of customer care.
