The whole experience was good. Bishop and erin at the front desk was very helpful. Bishop showed the different available rooms of different sizes. He even treated us with a coffee. Very warm experience. We finally reserved a room of size 75 sq ft.
Erin on reception gave us loads of detail in finding the right price and size for us. She made the process easy and was so friendly.

Very straight-forward to book with clear pricing, able to check-in before arrival. Upon arrival got processed very quickly and able to move our first lot of items into within 5 mins of arrival. Erin who dealt with us was very friendly and helpful. We also found the security and systems at the store very good and made us feel confident that our goods would be kept safe.
Erin helped us to reserve a suit storage space. She answered questions and sorted out a couple of practical problems for us.
