This is my second timing using Big Yellow. I dealt with Hannah at the Guildford branch and she took the time to be helpful and is the reason that I renewed for more storage.
Easy to get a quote and check in online. Hannah & Ian very friendly and helpful when completing the check-in and while moving in. I deducted one point from the experience as the validation around the contact telephone numbers for my approved person is a bit illogical. She is my wife; we have the same primary telephone number. A minor detail really.

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and friendly and took extra time to show me a few extra units and tried to get the best deal for me
From my initial enquiry through to check in at the Guildford store, Hannah, Ian and Tom were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. After a long (3.5hr) drive down I was made to feel very welcome and the service was spot on.

All the info was very clear on my first day I came in. When I arrived early the staff made me welcome and made me a cup of tea not left outside in the cold. Nice clean envoirement around the site.
Very good service for my storage room, but also expensive
I received excellent service generally. Check in took longer than desired partly due to a new hire learning on the job.
