The staff was amazing.

Very friendly, useful and clear advice. No delays either in terms of the telephone being answered quickly and organising the facility. The whole thing was very smooth and enjoyable - especially given that James was so congenial. patient and efficient.

Very helpful and friendly staff, explained everything in detail and made sure I was aware of all of the terms and conditions before signing anything. Made sure we were happy with our storage space and swapped us to a different space.
