The overall process including initial enquiry and final storage of my materials was handled absolutely well: At first I not only had doubts about the room sizes, but also which location I should chose and which discounts were available, but after I made a few quotes on the website Mr Jehad Najdi called me promptly and answered all of my questions as well as offered me a great discount and explained everything I needed to know in advance. When I got to Big Yellow to store my stuff they were almost closing the office, but once again Mr Najdi was extremely friendly and helpful and extended my access to the room so could finish up storing. I liked everything about Big Yellow: contract is very clear and easy to understand, inventory, storage and maintenance is simple and the staff is friendly and ready to help whenever you need, not to mention the price - which is much fairer than competitors'. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow to anyone who asked my advice.

Very simple process had to change date a few times and was no hassle at all. Made to feel a valued customer. Mahfuz was a great help when checking in.

Amazingly - very friendly staff and understanding of my requirements.

After just putting in a few preferences and details online and received a call from the store and was asked many questions pertaining to using the facilities available, it was extremely useful. After confirming that was what I wanted, I checked in online and then went to the store to sign all paperwork and gain access to my unit. Throughout the entire process, all staff were incredibly friendly. When moving in, Mohamed was particularly friendly and informed me on everything i needed to know when using my unit and when it comes to ending my contract.

Very well, they accommodated for all the things we needed. Was a bit slow at the till at first check-in but otherwise stress free and reliable.

Since I've been used this location before made booking in well easy. The staff there makes it even easier & hassle free. I could go on & on but they will have a big head by the time I'm finished loool well done team North Acton
