John-Paul was very welcoming and helpful when I first walked into Big Yellow to look at my storage unit and start putting my belongings into it. He was very patient with me and happily answered any questions I had asked him.

We just rented a unit at Big Yellow and I have to say that the employees are very friendly and helpful. I was struggling in the lift the other day with 2 trolleys being pushed to our car and one employee helped me without hesitation and greeted me before he did so which made me feel more welcome. If anyone needs a a self storage to rent, this will definitely be my first recommendation.
