Excellent service

Using Big Yellow for storage has been the easiest part of my move. It was pretty much hassle free. The service was great ( I dealt with Lalit) and the whole place felt friendly, innovative and well run. It would be nice if there was free after hours access.

Everything worked smoothly; no surprises. The facility and staff were good.
