Simple and straight forward to do. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They made the process easy and made sure we got the size room we wanted.

I was serviced by a man named Lalit, and if all your staff is as helpful as he was, I would give you my business every time, and certainly will recommend you. I was late arriving due to traffic troubles and he waited patiently for me and helped me to upgrade to a larger unit because the one I had booked wasn't big enough. I felt he gave me a fair price as well. Overall he went out of his way to help me and I am very appreciative of this level of customer service.
